Art in the Kitchen

If you look for images of art in the kitchen, what do you find?

Chances are you will come across lovely photos of chalkboard paintings and menus, pictures of fruit and veg, 'EAT' signs in all sizes, plate walls, DIY retro wooden signboards or stuff with spoons and knives on them.

All of which is fine, indeed some of these look great.

How about something edgier and unexpected?

Art in the kitchen

I love the idea of artwork in the kitchen!

Traditional kitchen with industrial stools, bare bulb light fixtures, and framed art.

This post on Remodelista has some more images of art in the kitchen. Do you have something interesting on your kitchen walls?
