Friday's Finds {for children, on Etsy}

This resolution to be posting every day in August is not working out very well. Between sleepless nights, errands, worrying about deadlines and figuring out what semi-solids to introduce baby to, the days and nights are a big, fat blur.

Baby's sleeping at the moment and I'm finding solace in the lovely finds from Etsy over on Knack Studios. Each item is lovely and makes me wish I had made them. From colorful lockets to thank-you seals, to a fun laptop cover and button pins, there's something for everybody. Go,take a look.

Kim from Desire to Inspire has a great post today on kitchens with open shelving. I like my clutter hidden - it would be too stressful to see all that out in the open! Any inclination to cook might have to be postponed while the tidying up gets done first :)

Beautiful Bedrooms

I'm a zombie. Still waiting for baby to settle into a night time (and day-time, for that matter) routine. Sleep cycles are haywire and clutter has grown firm roots all over the house.

While I'm struggling to keep surfaces clear, clothes folded, blogs read, articles written (all while baby pretends to sleep), I dream of peaceful, serene, beautiful and CLEAN bedrooms like these. Aaaaah.
